The Lords Declarant come to take Sweetrobin to ward but, when Lyn Corbray draws his sword, Littlefinger takes umbrage and the Lords must accede. Littlefinger reveals to Sansa that Corbray is in his pay.

Sweetrobin is still tormented by Marillion's singing, which Sansa can no longer hear from her new chambers.

Littlefinger tasks Sansa to serve bread and salt to the Lords Declarant.

During the negotiation, Lyn Corbray draws his sword. Bronze Yohn makes him sheathe it, mentioning the red wedding.

Note: The chapter ends hard on Littlefinger's claim that all Lyn Corbray likes are "gold and boys and killing." -489 This characterization may figure later. In Sansa's TWOW sample chapter, Ser Lyn knocks Ser Owen unconscious sparring and leaves his conversation with Alayne believing Littlefinger has threatened to offer him a bride.
