Tyrion proposes to council to wed Joffrey to the Tyrells but won't leave King's Landing to broker the deal when Cersei suggests it. When Littlefinger offers to negotiate with the Tyrells, requiring a document granting him the authority to negotiate on behalf of the king, Tyrion realizes he's been given too much power. Cersei gives Tyrion the kiss of death and he asks Bronn to look into it.
